Green, emerald like the forest… sink your teeth into the most nourishing greens you can find. Wanna be a superhero? Me too. Lets start here.
I love me some rich dark leafy greens and will eat it anyway I can get it. However, I do especially love my kale steamed for less than one minute in a saucepan of bubbling hot water. I pull it out leaving the oxalic acids behind (Supports iron consumption) and after it is through with its steamy release, I add a pinch of pink himalayan sea salt, Braggs amino acids and olive oil. Fancy it up with crushed lemon pepper, cayenne or paprika for less fire 😉
