What is an online class like?

If you’ve never tried an online class, you might be surprised. You’ll first download and install the Zoom video conference app on your phone or your desktop. Then, you’ll register for the class by clicking on the buttons above.

A few minutes before your class begins, you’ll open up the Zoom link indicated in the class description, and then join in.

It’s not that different from following a class via a pre-recorded video – just better because you’ll be doing it live with your teacher!

What will my child learn?

Your child will learn the basics of the circus: beginning tumbling, headstands and handstands, juggling, hand-to-hand, group pyramids, make-up and choreography. Through group activities, children learn the most important aspect of performing: leadership and communication skills.

Does my child need to have any experience?

The only prerequisite to enjoy our program is the desire to have fun! Varying techniques are taught to appropriate age and skill levels to maintain a high level of fun and safety at all times.

If my child already attended your program, will she learn anything new?

Absolutely. The skills we teach are progressive and are tailored to the individual, even in a group setting. In addition to our our core skills, we’ll be exploring other performance areas, like character and theatrical training, intermediate make-up and advanced acrobatics.
