Come for an evening of yoga of sound – the practice of invigorating, awakening, and refreshing the senses through chant, movement, and breath. Facilitated by Joe Montelbano, Sacred Fusion Dance drummer, and Las Vegas drum circle veteran, this 2 hour workshop will leave you energized and feeling positive. No singing, yoga, or movement experience necessary.
Suggested donation, $10. All proceeds will be donated to Progressive Choice, an adult facility that helps mentally disabled workers find employment and develop new trade skills.
