Upcoming Yoga of Sound Workshop

Our second Yoga of Sound workshop is coming up, Saturday, February 27, from 7:00-9:00pm. A combination of ethnic rhythms, exotic instruments and free form chant, this is an evening of liberation in sound, movement and thought. Facilitated by professional drummer Joe Montelbano and hosted by Barefoot Sanctuary, the proceeds of this workshop are donated 100% to charity.
Please come 10 minutes prior to the workshop start time and meet at the juice bar.
