Raised Over $120 For Charity At Yoga of Sound

A great big thank you for all our Yoga of Sound participants last night and generously donating your dollars to support Progressive Choice, our selected charity this month. Facilitated by Joe Montelbano, Yoga of Sound explores chanting, movement, and drumming in a 2 hour workshop designed to let you flow, release, and breathe. All donations to this workshop are given to a local charity – this month, Progressive Choice.
