We are still holding classes today, July 4th. Come down and enjoy Vinyasa Flow Essence yoga with our new teacher Maggie Verderame at 10:30a, Vinyasa yoga with Jody Birdwell at 12pm, or Qi Gong with Jean Leong at 1:15p. Happy Independence Day!

We just received word from Zeek that he has a very important family emergency to attend to and that he just found out this morning. Our love and energy goes out to him.

Unfortunately the Baptiste Yoga workshop is canceled today and will be rescheduled when he’s back. Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any questions, please call me at 702-425-8607.
