To expect our body (our engine) to accomplish greatness we must feed our engine with optimal fuel to run strong. We are what we eat and we are what we say. With all of the allergens present today and the great struggle to find and produce non GMO foods, in some ways it has become a battlefield of survival.

Ignorance is bliss and some earlier generations fortunately have not experienced the same challenges with food that we are facing today. It may be difficult to grasp these evolutionary shifts with biotechnology on the rise. Everything can feel like a gimic and with too many warnings around what we eat make it easy for us to wall off and shut down the opportunity to consume differently. Our challenge and greatest gift is to take full responsibility for our own health. Knowledge is power and will forever be. It is currently our time to learn and utilize the knowledge we need for survival. We are all being asked to step into a leadership role with our health. There is a true healer within each of us. We can become more educated with the needs of our planet, with our own body. We can work in harmony with the medicines of the Earth. It just takes turning our focus here.

We each innately have the ability to ignite the inner healer within us. When we awaken that power and come into the knowledge and understanding of what our body needs to function optimally, we spend more time and invest in our internal health. The ideal nutrition and whole body meals we create will take precedence over doctor visits who often send us away with chemical rich prescriptions that end up weakening our immunity rather than strengthening it. Indeed we may need to ingest pharmaceuticals or medical support in times of great need. I was not about to pour my son a cup of tea when he broke his femur bone! There is a medicinal balance to be embraced, yet the ultimate key is preventative medicine. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, yes? Our body can be strengthened through wholesome, organic food, chemical free products, self nurture and by listening empathetically to our body. When we fill our engine with nutrient rich fuel, we become harmoniously strong, rejuvenated and awake.
