Energize your natural energy source, increase circulation and dance for a healthy heart. Dance Origins is Dance Medicine. Discover a blend of Middle Eastern, African and lyrical dance forms that meets aerial dance. Swing your body into freedom.  A class like no other! Beginner friendly and fun with a soothing relaxation at the end of class to deeply feel the body and breath as one.

Lead by Jada, professional performing artist and ethnic dancer. Private and group lessons available upon request. Open to adults 18 years and older. Classes are 75 minutes.

FAQ

What should I bring to my first dance class?

For your first time, bring your workout or yoga clothes, some water, and an open mind to have fun! We provide washrooms for you to change in. You are allowed to bring personal items like wallets, purses, and phones (just turn them off) into the studio for safekeeping.

Is this class suitable for a beginner?

Our bellydance classes are perfectly suited for any level – whether you’re an absolute beginner or if you’ve come to a few classes already. There’s always something for every level, just come and enjoy the experience!

Do we need to pre-register or just show up?

Dance is for everyone. Feel to free to just show up!
