Acrofit Power Class Tonight!

Instead of the regular Monday night Handstand Class at 7p, we will be offering Acrofit Power with Chrisite Pitko! Our usual instructor is at home with his wife waiting for their first child to be born into the world!

Enjoy a wonderful class with Christie. Don’t forget she also teaches Acrofit Power on Tuesday night at 5:30p this week as well!

Chakra Workshop This Saturday

Christine Contini will be holding her last Chakra Balancing workshop at Barefoot this year! Come and enroll so that you can learn about the significance of the different chakra centers, their effects, and how to heal using this ancient wisdom.

Class Cancellations

Qi Gong class is canceled today for Sunday July 25 at 1:15pm and Expressive Yoga class is canceled for tomorrow Monday, July 26 at 5:30pm. Thank you for your understanding! Classes resume normal schedule next week. See you there!

Poi Spinning Starts Tomorrow
