Qi Gong class is canceled today for Sunday July 25 at 1:15pm and Expressive Yoga class is canceled for tomorrow Monday, July 26 at 5:30pm. Thank you for your understanding! Classes resume normal schedule next week. See you there!

Poi Spinning Starts Tomorrow
Our poi spinning workshop with Chris Staefe begins tomorrow (Friday)! If you haven’t registered yet, go here to register. We’re lucky to have Chris bring back all his poi knowledge from the studies he made in Costa Rica. See you there!
Open For July 4th
We are still holding classes today, July 4th. Come down and enjoy Vinyasa Flow Essence yoga with our new teacher Maggie Verderame at 10:30a, Vinyasa yoga with Jody Birdwell at 12pm, or Qi Gong with Jean Leong at 1:15p. Happy Independence Day!
